CANCELATION POLICY:
If you have paid a hunting deposit and been given hunting dates, there will be no deposit refund, as we can not refill the space.
SAFTEY and LIABILITY:
We make every effort to help you have an enjoyable and safe vacation with us. However, riding horses, hunting, fishing, wading rivers and streams, and other activities associated with your hunting package, by their vary nature involves some risk. We assume no liability or responsibility for personal injury or belongings. The guests hereby waives all claims for damages or loss to their person or property which may be caused by an act, or failure to act, on the part of our business, its owners or employees, and further covenants not to sue, institute any action of suit of law or equity against us or our employees, or any government entity on which we operate.
